    Job Title

    Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | 20 Weeks | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Every Other Weekend Required | Holidays Required as Scheduled

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide respiratory therapy services across a diverse patient population including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
    • Work night shifts (19:00–07:30) on a 3x12-hour schedule with every other weekend commitment
    • Float within the respiratory therapy specialty and to all care areas as needed to support RRT coverage
    • Adhere to all scheduling requirements including holidays as they fall; no on-call required
    • Maintain compliance with all facility policies, onboarding requirements, and certification standards throughout the assignment
    Required Qualifications
    • Active CRT or RRT credential required
    • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (AHA only)
    • Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers accepted with strong pediatric and adult experience
    • Active Maryland respiratory therapy license required at time of submission
    • Must be comfortable floating within scope to all care areas with no restrictions
    • Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (permanent address 50+ miles required)
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working with neonatal and pediatric patient populations
    • Prior travel therapy experience in an acute care or multi-population setting
    • Familiarity with CPI certification requirements (Calm Every Storm online version accepted)
