Key Responsibilities
- Provide general respiratory care services across assigned patient care areas within a 176-bed facility
- Deliver and monitor respiratory therapy in ICU and ER settings
- Assess, treat, and manage patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions
- Operate and document within a Cerner EMR system
- Maintain a patient ratio of approximately 45:1 and adhere to departmental protocols
Required Qualifications
- CRT or RRT credential required
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- PALS certification required
- NRP certification required
- Minimum 3–5+ years of respiratory therapy experience, including ICU and ER experience
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel therapy experience in an acute care hospital setting
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR documentation
- Experience managing high-acuity patients in ICU or emergency environments
