Key Responsibilities
- Provide general respiratory care services across assigned patient care areas
- Deliver respiratory therapy in ICU and Emergency Room settings
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders
- Operate and manage respiratory equipment in accordance with facility protocols
- Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR
Required Qualifications
- Active CRT or RRT credential
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Minimum 3–5 years of respiratory therapy experience, including ICU and ER settings
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume facility environment
- Familiarity with Cerner electronic medical records system
- Demonstrated ability to manage a broad patient caseload in a fast-paced setting
