Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate various types of respiratory equipment under the supervision of the Director of Respiratory Therapy and upon physician request
- Assist in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory disease and/or illness
- Perform Sentry Suite PFT and Stress Tests
- Apply knowledge relative to the age of patients serviced when delivering care
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Graduation from a Respiratory Care Technician program accredited by the Joint Review Committee for Respiratory Care Education, or certification by the National Board of Respiratory Therapy
- Current RRT license in the state of Montana
- Experience with Sentry Suite PFT and Stress Tests required
- Must reside at least 250 miles from the facility to be eligible (in-state Montana travelers are not eligible unless they meet this distance requirement)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a hospital or acute care respiratory therapy setting
- Familiarity with a broad range of respiratory therapy equipment and diagnostic tools
