Key Responsibilities
Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions and disorders
Administer respiratory therapies including oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and mechanical ventilation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately in the medical record
Respond to emergency situations and provide respiratory support as needed
Required Qualifications
Active Respiratory Therapist license or certification required
CRT or RRT credential from the NBRC required
Current BLS certification required
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Preferred Experience / Skills
Previous experience in an acute care or hospital setting
Experience with mechanical ventilation and critical care patients
Strong communication and teamwork skills
