Contract | 3x12-hour shifts (Day or Night) | Rotating call and weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care and diagnostic procedures for cardiopulmonary patients across all ages and all acuity levels, including Level 2 NICU
- Manage and monitor patients requiring critical care ventilator support
- Deliver neonatal and pediatric respiratory care in accordance with clinical protocols
- Participate in rotating call and weekend coverage as scheduled
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an approved Respiratory Therapy Program as required by licensure
- Valid Colorado Registered Respiratory Therapist license (DORA) in good standing
- NBRC RRT certification required — CRT credentials will not be considered
- Minimum 5 years of Respiratory Therapy experience
- Neonatal and pediatric experience required, including Level 2 NICU
- Strong critical care and ventilator skills required
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (AAP) — all four certifications required
- Current Flu Vaccine required; no declinations accepted
- Prior travel assignment experience required — this position will not be considered for a first travel assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experienced healthcare traveler with a demonstrated history of successful contract assignments
- Comfort working across a broad patient population spanning all age groups and acuity levels
