Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services across NICU and adult care settings
- Perform and interpret arterial blood gas (ABG) draws
- Assist with intubation procedures as needed
- Administer nebulizer treatments, MetaNeb, IPPB, and chest physiotherapy (CPT)
- Operate and manage mechanical ventilators in accordance with patient care plans
- Deliver excellent customer service across all patient age ranges
Required Qualifications
- Active RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) credential required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2+ years of hospital-based respiratory therapy experience
- ICU, NICU, and ED experience required
- Ability to draw and analyze ABGs
- Experience with Meditech documentation system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience operating the Servo I ventilator
- Experience using I-Stat point-of-care testing device
- Demonstrated experience working with patients across all age ranges
