Contract | Nights | 13-Week Assignment | Expected 36 hours/week | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM, 12.5-hour shifts with scheduled meal break; may include weekends and holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services as part of a CardioPulmonary team in a rural acute care setting
- Deliver care in Labor and Delivery, including Bubble CPAP
- Operate independently per shift as the sole Respiratory Therapist on duty, making critical clinical decisions
- Provide high-quality care in a lower-acuity critical care environment serving a rural community
- Support inpatient and outpatient respiratory needs across acute care, critical care, and birthing services
Required Qualifications
- Active Washington State Respiratory Therapist license required
- Experience in Labor and Delivery, including Bubble CPAP
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions as the sole RT per shift
- Must meet applicable credentialing requirements for the assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Neonatal/Pediatric Proficiency rating of 3 or higher
- Experience in or strong interest in rural healthcare settings
- Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records
