Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient respiratory testing services
- Provide inpatient respiratory therapy coverage as needed
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement patient care plans
Required Qualifications
- Active Respiratory Therapist license or eligibility to practice in the state of Iowa
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential required
- Experience in both outpatient and inpatient respiratory care settings
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience performing outpatient pulmonary function testing
- Familiarity with a variety of inpatient respiratory therapy procedures and equipment
