Key Responsibilities- Provide respiratory therapy services within a Level III NICU setting, delivering care to neonatal and pediatric patient populations
- Perform airway management and ventilator management utilizing equipment including G5, Servo, Avea, HFOV, Jet, and V60/V30 ventilators
- Support the emergency department as needed with respiratory care interventions
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using the facility EMR system (Meditech)
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with nursing staff, providers, and interdisciplinary care teams
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 1 year of current acute care NICU RRT experience in a hospital setting
- Level III NICU experience required
- Pediatric (PEDS) experience required
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Critical care experience in adult and/or neonatal/pediatric settings
- PICU experience strongly preferred
- Prior experience with Meditech EMR
