Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services within a Level III NICU environment, supporting a critically ill neonatal and pediatric patient population
• Perform airway management and ventilator management using equipment including G5, Servo, Avea, HFOV, Jet, and V60/V30 platforms
• Provide ED support as needed in coordination with the respiratory care department
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of current NICU Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) experience
• Level III NICU experience required
• Pediatric (PEDS) experience required
• NBRC Certification required
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Critical care experience in a high-acuity setting
• PICU experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience with Meditech EMR
