Key Responsibilities
Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions and disorders
Administer respiratory therapies including oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and mechanical ventilation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans
Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately in the medical record
Respond to emergency situations requiring respiratory intervention
Required Qualifications
Active Respiratory Therapist license or certification (CRT or RRT) required
Current BLS certification required
Ability to work every other weekend as part of the regular schedule
Availability to work 1 required holiday
Preferred Experience / Skills
Previous experience in an acute care or hospital setting
Experience with mechanical ventilators and advanced airway management
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
