Key Responsibilities
Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions and disorders
Administer respiratory therapy treatments including oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and mechanical ventilation
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately in the medical record
Participate in weekend and holiday rotation as scheduled
Required Qualifications
Active Respiratory Therapist license or certification required
CRT or RRT credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) required
Current BLS certification required
Ability to work every other weekend and holiday rotation
Preferred Experience / Skills
Previous experience in an acute care or hospital setting
Experience with mechanical ventilation and critical care respiratory support
Strong communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary environment
