Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct respiratory therapy care to patients during overnight shifts
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders
- Respond to emergency situations requiring advanced airway and cardiac support
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and records in compliance with facility standards
- Adhere to scheduling requirements including every other weekend availability and no holiday time-off requests
Required Qualifications
- Active Respiratory Therapist license or certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required
- Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapist experience
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
