    Contract | Days (6:30 AM start) | Every other weekend required | Rotating holidays | Flexibility required to fill scheduling needs

    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform 30–40 respiratory checks and treatments per day across multiple care areas including inpatient, outpatient, ER, ICU, floors, pediatrics, L&D, nursery, sleep lab, OR, and PACU
    • Provide care for a diverse patient population including adults, pediatric, and newborn patients presenting with conditions such as STEMI, CVA, EKOS, cardiac arrest, and IABP
    • Draw arterial blood gases (ABGs) and occasionally perform EKGs
    • Assist with intubation procedures (independent intubation not required)
    • Operate and manage respiratory equipment including ventilators and high-flow therapy devices
    • Collaborate with on-site hospitalists and intensivists available 24/7
    Required Qualifications
    • Active RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) credential required
    • BLS certification required
    • ACLS certification required
    • PALS certification required
    • Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
    • Flexibility to work varying shifts and fill scheduling gaps as needed
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification preferred
    • Experience with Draeger, A40, LTV, Avea, V-60, and Vapotherm equipment
    • Experience in a high-acuity setting including ICU, L&D, and neonatal care
