    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform 30–40 respiratory treatments and patient checks per shift across inpatient and outpatient settings including the ER, ICU, floors, pediatrics, L&D, nursery, sleep lab, OR, and PACU
    • Provide respiratory care for a diverse patient population including adults, pediatrics, and newborns with conditions such as STEMI, CVA, EKOS, arrest, and IABP
    • Draw arterial blood gases (ABGs) and occasionally perform EKGs
    • Assist with intubation procedures as needed
    • Operate and manage respiratory equipment including ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow devices
    • Rotate weekend and holiday coverage with permanent staff; every other weekend required
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
    • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
    • Current PALS certification
    • Minimum of 1 year of clinical respiratory therapy experience
    • Experience with ventilator management across adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification preferred
    • Experience with respiratory equipment including Drager, A40, LTV, Avea, V-60, and Vapotherm devices
    • Prior experience in a high-acuity setting with STEMI, CVA, or critical care patients
