Perform comprehensive assessments of patient respiratory status in an acute hospital setting
Administer and manage respiratory treatments across patient populations including infants and pediatrics
Evaluate patient response to care and effectiveness of respiratory interventions
Provide patient and family education regarding respiratory treatments, health, and wellness
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in an acute hospital setting
Some experience working with infants and pediatric patients
Active Oregon state Respiratory Therapist license
PALS certification (AHA) required
BLS certification (AHA) required
ACLS certification (AHA) required
NBRC credential required
NRP certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Broader experience across multiple respiratory subspecialties or patient age groups
Familiarity with comprehensive medical service environments serving diverse patient populations
