Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services within a Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics setting
- Work rotating day and night shifts as assigned, including every other weekend
- Adhere to block scheduling requirements for the duration of the contract
- Maintain patient care ratios as established by the facility
- Comply with all facility policies, including holiday coverage commitments (must commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays)
- Float to nearby sister facilities as needed per assignment requirements
Required Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Valid Washington State Respiratory Therapist license must be in hand at time of submission
- Minimum of 1 year of Respiratory Therapist experience required
- Must be able to commit to a block schedule for the full contract term
- Must submit all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submittal
- Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a Respiratory or Neuro Diagnostics clinical environment
- Prior travel contract experience with demonstrated schedule flexibility
