Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services within a Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics unit setting
- Float to different units as required based on facility needs and assignment demands
- Deliver patient care during overnight shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Maintain compliance with facility and departmental protocols throughout the duration of the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Ohio State Respiratory Therapist license required and must be in hand prior to start
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Minimum of 2 supervisory or managerial references required at time of submittal; at least one must hold a supervisor or manager title
- Must not have worked permanently at this facility within the past 2 years
- Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible — no local candidates
- Must be willing and able to float to different units as needed throughout the assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Close to 2 years of respiratory therapy experience preferred
- Prior travel therapy experience with demonstrated adaptability to float assignments
- Experience in a pediatric or neuro diagnostics clinical environment
