    Job Title

    Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

    Location

    Columbus, OH

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide respiratory therapy services across assigned units, including CTICU, NICU, Pulmonary, and General/ED areas
    • Float to different units as required based on staffing and patient care needs
    • Deliver high-quality respiratory care to pediatric and specialty patient populations during overnight shifts
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory and neurological conditions
    • Maintain compliance with all facility policies, travel requirements, and unit-specific protocols
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Ohio State Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license – must be in hand at time of submission
    • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
    • Willingness and ability to float to multiple units including CTICU, NICU, Pulmonary (H8A), and General/ED (Core)
    • Minimum of two supervisory or managerial references required at time of submittal (at least one must hold a manager or supervisor title)
    • Must not have worked permanently at this facility within the past two years
    • Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility (no local candidates)
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Approximately two years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
    • Prior experience in a pediatric, NICU, or CTICU setting
    • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly across multiple specialty units
