Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Expected 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct respiratory therapy services to patients across assigned units
- Operate and monitor respiratory equipment in accordance with facility protocols
- Assess, treat, and document patient respiratory status and response to therapy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and adjust patient treatment plans
- Rotate every other weekend and every other holiday as required
Required Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required; Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) may be considered
- Active, valid state Respiratory Therapy license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 2 or more years of clinical respiratory therapy experience
- Familiarity with a variety of respiratory equipment and ventilator management
- Experience in an acute care or hospital setting
