    Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide respiratory therapy services within NICU, PICU, and CVICU settings, focusing on high-acuity pediatric patients (Level 4 care)
    • Deliver advanced respiratory care to neonatal and pediatric populations requiring critical-level intervention
    • May float to additional NICU and pediatric rehabilitation locations as operationally needed
    • Maintain compliance with all facility onboarding requirements, including timely completion of fingerprinting, drug screening, and required modules
    • Communicate all scheduling requests and time-off needs at time of submission and during the interview process
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Ohio Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license — must be in hand at time of submission; no pending licenses accepted
    • NBRC certification required — active and in hand at time of submission
    • BLS certification required — active and in hand at time of submission
    • Advanced NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
    • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Respiratory Therapy, specifically in PEDS, PICU, and/or NICU (Level 4) settings
    • Two professional references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty — from assignments worked within the past 12 months — required at time of submission; co-worker references will not be accepted
    • Must be nicotine-free; negative 10-panel drug screen including nicotine (cotinine) required within 12 months of start date and updated annually
    • Must complete two fingerprinting (BCI/FBI) requirements — one completed onsite prior to start, one completed through the agency — within 48 hours of signing contract
    • Locals are welcome to apply at the standard rate
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working across multiple NICU environments or pediatric rehabilitation settings
    • Familiarity with high-acuity Level 4 NICU care protocols and workflows
    • Demonstrated ability to adapt to float assignments across multiple care sites
