    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (18:30–07:00) | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide respiratory and neuro diagnostic therapy services across assigned units during night shift hours
    • Float to additional facility locations as needed to support patient care demands
    • Work weekends as needed per departmental scheduling requirements
    • Maintain compliance with all facility-required annual competencies, modules, and credentialing requirements
    • Complete BCI/FBI background fingerprinting within 48 hours of contract signing
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
    • Active Ohio RRT license required — must be in hand at time of submission
    • Active NBRC certification required — must be in hand at time of submission
    • Active BLS certification required — must be in hand at time of submission
    • Must pass a 10-panel drug screen including nicotine (cotinine) — facility is nicotine-free with no exceptions

    • Local candidates are welcome and accepted at the same rate
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in neuro diagnostics or a related subspecialty within respiratory therapy
    • Familiarity with float pool or multi-unit respiratory therapy environments
    • Prior travel therapy experience with demonstrated compliance in high-requirement facility settings
