    Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide respiratory therapy services within NICU, PICU, and CVICU settings, focusing on high-acuity pediatric patients (Level 4 care)
    • Float as needed to affiliated NICU and pediatric rehabilitation locations
    • Deliver advanced respiratory care to neonatal and pediatric populations requiring specialized interventions
    • Maintain compliance with all facility-required competencies, modules, and credentialing requirements throughout the contract period
    • Complete required onsite and agency fingerprinting (BCI/FBI) within 48 hours of contract signing
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Ohio Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license — must be in hand at time of submission
    • NBRC certification — active and in hand at time of submission
    • BLS certification — active and in hand at time of submission
    • Advanced NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification — required
    • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification — required
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Pediatrics, PICU, and/or NICU (high-acuity Level 4 care)
    • Must pass a 10-panel drug screen including nicotine (cotinine); facility is strictly nicotine-free with no exceptions
    • Two professional references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty, from assignments within the past 12 months, are required
    • Locals are accepted at the same rate
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience floating across multiple NICU or pediatric care environments
    • Familiarity with high-level neonatal and cardiovascular intensive care unit protocols
    • Strong adaptability to varying scheduling structures (3x12 or 4x12 configurations)
