Key Responsibilities
- Deliver respiratory therapy services as prescribed by provider order
- Operate and document within electronic health record and medication dispensing systems
- Perform physical tasks including prolonged standing, bending, and ambulating throughout the shift
- Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion as needed
- Communicate effectively across face-to-face, phone, and electronic channels
Required Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required — CRT credentials are not accepted
- Active Ohio Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) license required prior to start
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association only
- Ability to work within Epic and Pyxis systems
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a hospital or acute care setting
- Familiarity with Epic electronic health records platform
