    Job Title

    Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics

    Location

    Cleveland, OH | Acute Care

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Full-Time | Nights (3x12 Hours, 19:00–07:30) | Weekends as needed

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide respiratory therapy services across multiple facility locations as part of a full-time float pool assignment
    • Receive shift location assignments with 2–4 hours advance notice prior to each shift start
    • Deliver respiratory and neuro diagnostics care in accordance with facility protocols and standards
    • Maintain compliance with all facility-required modules, competencies, and credentialing requirements on an ongoing basis
    • Float to various facilities within the health system as needed
    Required Qualifications
    • CRT or RRT credential accepted; active Ohio RRT license required and must be in hand at time of submission
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
    • Active NBRC certification required and must be in hand at time of submission
    • Active BLS certification required and must be in hand at time of submission
    • All required certifications must be active — nothing pending
    • Must be nicotine-free; negative 10-panel plus nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start date, updated annually
    • Locals are accepted
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working in a float pool or multi-site healthcare environment
    • Background in respiratory and/or neuro diagnostics specialty care
    • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to varying clinical environments and patient populations
