Contract | Full-Time | Nights (3x12 Hours, 19:00–07:30) | Weekends as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services across multiple facility locations as part of a full-time float pool assignment
- Receive shift location assignments with 2–4 hours advance notice prior to each shift start
- Deliver respiratory and neuro diagnostics care in accordance with facility protocols and standards
- Maintain compliance with all facility-required modules, competencies, and credentialing requirements on an ongoing basis
- Float to various facilities within the health system as needed
Required Qualifications
- CRT or RRT credential accepted; active Ohio RRT license required and must be in hand at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
- Active NBRC certification required and must be in hand at time of submission
- Active BLS certification required and must be in hand at time of submission
- All required certifications must be active — nothing pending
- Must be nicotine-free; negative 10-panel plus nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start date, updated annually
- Locals are accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a float pool or multi-site healthcare environment
- Background in respiratory and/or neuro diagnostics specialty care
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to varying clinical environments and patient populations
