Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services in NICU and PICU settings across a night shift schedule
- Float within the hospital as needed, including to an additional campus location
- Adhere to all scheduling requirements including every-other-weekend and holiday coverage
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health record systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support critically ill pediatric patients
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Respiratory Therapy, specifically in NICU/PICU
- Valid Ohio Single State or Multi-State Respiratory Therapy license (required at time of submission)
- Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (required at time of submission)
- No previous license violations or hits on professional record
- Supervisor reference required within the past 2 years
- Must comply with mileage/radius policy; candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are considered local
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system
- Prior travel therapy experience in a pediatric acute care environment
