    Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide respiratory therapy services within a pediatric hospital setting, including NICU and PICU environments
    • Perform respiratory and neuro diagnostic assessments and interventions appropriate to patient acuity and scope of practice
    • Participate in a self-scheduling model while meeting unit coverage requirements, including weekends and designated holidays
    • Float within scope of practice to other units as needed per facility policy
    • Complete specialty-specific orientation modules as required during onboarding
    Required Qualifications
    • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
    • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
    • Minimum Level 4 NICU experience required
    • Active state Respiratory Therapy license required (pending license accepted provided temporary license is obtained before start date; must hold another state license to be eligible for temporary licensure)
    • Epic EMR experience required
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Adult Critical Care Specialist (ACCS) certification preferred
    • Cardiac PICU experience preferred
