    Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

    Cartersville, GA | Acute Care

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide respiratory therapy services within the Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics unit during night shift hours
    • Float within the facility and across scope of practice as needed
    • Adhere to all unit-specific protocols and maintain compliance with facility standards
    • Work assigned major holidays that fall within the contract period per facility holiday policy
    • Complete all required orientation modules and compliance documentation within designated timelines
    Required Qualifications
    • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required — CRT not accepted
    • Active Georgia RRT license or Compact license required at time of submission
    • Minimum of 1 year of respiratory therapy experience (first-time travelers accepted)
    • All requested time off (RTO) must be finalized at time of submission — no RTO or schedule changes permitted post-offer or on-site
    • No RTO permitted during orientation week (Monday–Sunday); maximum of 7 days RTO per contract
    • Full compliance with onboarding requirements must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing; all compliance documents due the Tuesday prior to start date
    • Local candidates are welcome and accepted
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in neuro diagnostics or a related specialty area
    • Prior travel therapy experience in an acute care or hospital setting
    • Demonstrated ability to float and adapt across multiple units or scopes of practice
