    Contract | Night Shift | Weekend coverage required (Saturday, Sunday, Monday nights) | Holiday coverage required

    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage a caseload of approximately 10–30 treatments per day across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings, serving adult, pediatric, and neonatal patient populations
    • Draw arterial blood gases (ABGs) and perform EKGs as part of routine respiratory care duties
    • Operate and manage ventilators (Puritan Bennett 980), CPAP/BiPAP (Hamilton C1), high-flow therapy (AirVo and Vapotherm), and Bubble CPAP (Fisher and Paykel)
    • Serve as the sole on-site therapist during night shifts, with a second therapist available on call for support
    • Participate in on-call coverage approximately 4 days per month with a 1-hour response time requirement
    • Complete a department-specific orientation with assigned preceptors; clinicians must be present in-state for the full week of orientation
    Required Qualifications
    • Active RRT or CRT credential in good standing
    • BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
    • Valid driver's license required (must be submitted at time of application)
    • Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Neonatal experience, specifically with Bubble CPAP and mechanical ventilation
    • Prior experience working independently in a low-census or sole-coverage environment
    • Familiarity with the respiratory equipment brands utilized at this facility (Puritan Bennett, Hamilton, Fisher and Paykel, AirVo, Vapotherm)
