Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services within a 383-bed acute care facility, including assessment, treatment, and monitoring of patients with respiratory conditions
- Operate and manage ventilator equipment including Servo I, GE, V60, Airvo, and Vapotherm
- Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system
- Rotate weekend and holiday shifts in accordance with facility scheduling policy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality respiratory care across assigned units
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- NRP or STABLE certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
- Ability to work every other weekend and holidays on a rotating basis
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ICU experience strongly preferred
- 2 or more years of respiratory therapy experience
- Prior experience with Meditech EMR
