Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Expected 36 hours/week | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services within a high-acuity hospital setting, including assessment, treatment, and monitoring of patients with respiratory conditions
- Operate and manage ventilator equipment including Servo I, GE, V60, Airvo, and Vapotherm
- Document patient care and clinical activity accurately using the Meditech EMR system
- Rotate weekend and holiday shifts in accordance with facility scheduling policy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver safe, effective patient care
Required Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- NRP or STABLE certification required
- Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ICU experience strongly preferred
- 2 or more years of respiratory therapy experience
- Prior experience with Meditech EMR
