    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | 12-Hour Shifts | Nights, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM | Every Other Weekend | Every Other Holiday

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide respiratory therapy services in an inpatient setting, including adult critical care and NICU environments
    • Apply lung protective ventilation strategies and make ventilator decisions based on patient assessment and laboratory results
    • Participate as an active member of the Code Blue team
    • Deliver care consistent with Level 1 or Level 2 trauma facility standards
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum 3 years of recent experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma facility, including NICU Level 3 and adult critical care
    • RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) certification required
    • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
    • Active Massachusetts Respiratory Care License required
    • BLS certification required
    • Candidates residing less than 50 miles from the facility will be classified at a local rate
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • NPS (Neonatal/Pediatric Specialist) certification preferred
    • ACCS (Adult Critical Care Specialist) certification preferred
