Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services within a Level 3 NICU environment
- Assess, treat, and monitor neonatal patients requiring respiratory support
- Adapt to rotating shift assignments based on unit staffing needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality neonatal respiratory care
Required Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Active and valid state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist
- Ability to work rotating shifts as determined by staffing needs
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a Level 3 or higher NICU setting
- Familiarity with neonatal ventilator management and respiratory support modalities
- Experience working in high-acuity neonatal care environments
