    Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend | On-Call Required | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly (excluding on-call hours worked)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide respiratory therapy services in adult critical care units and the Emergency Department, including trauma, neuro, medical, cardiac, and surgical ICUs
    • Perform advanced ventilator management, including esophageal balloons, PV loop interpretations, driving pressure assessment, and best PEEP maneuvers
    • Operate facility ventilators including Hamilton G5, C6, T1, MR1, Phillips EV300, and INO vent
    • Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR
    • Fulfill on-call shifts as required, in addition to scheduled hours
    • Adhere to holiday and weekend commitment requirements
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Respiratory Therapist License required
    • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
    • BLS certification required
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
    • Level 1 trauma center experience in a 400+ bed hospital required
    • Critical care, Level 1, and teaching hospital experience required
    • Must be available to work on-call as necessary
    • Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience across multiple ICU settings including trauma, neuro, medical, cardiac, and surgical critical care
    • Proficiency with Hamilton and Philips ventilator platforms
    • Familiarity with EPIC EMR documentation
