    Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage all respiratory therapy equipment, treatments, patient transport, and arterial blood gases (ABGs) across adult, pediatric, and Level III NICU inpatient settings
    • Administer 36–42 treatments per 12-hour shift, or approximately 12–14 treatments every 4 hours
    • Operate and monitor ventilators including Draeger (adult), Servo U (pediatric), and Cervo vents with NAVA capability for NICU assignments
    • Utilize respiratory equipment such as V60 BiPAP, Vapotherm high flow, Optiflow, Philips Cough Assist, ResMed home CPAP, HillRom Vest, and Hill-Rom Metaneb
    • Assist with intubation procedures as directed; independent intubation is not required
    • Work every other weekend and holidays as required; overtime may be available
    Required Qualifications
    • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a minimum of 2–3 years of experience, or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience
    • Valid RRT or CRT credential required
    • Adult assignments: BLS and ACLS certification required
    • Pediatric assignments: BLS and PALS certification required
    • NICU assignments: BLS and NRP certification required; must be proficient with NAVA (Neurally Adjusted Ventilatory Assist) on Cervo ventilators
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • RRT credential preferred over CRT
    • Experience working across adult, pediatric, and NICU inpatient environments
    • Familiarity with a broad range of respiratory therapy equipment including high-flow, BiPAP, and advanced ventilator platforms
