Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services across critical care units including ICU and NICU
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions in high-acuity settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Operate and manage ventilators and other respiratory equipment in critical care environments
- Document patient care activities accurately and in accordance with facility protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active North Dakota Respiratory Therapist license required
- NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential required
- Active AHA BLS certification required
- Active AHA ACLS certification required
- Hands-on ICU and NICU experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in PICU settings in addition to ICU and NICU
- Active PALS certification
- Active NRP certification
