Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services across critical care units including ICU settings
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions in an acute care environment
- Operate and manage ventilators and other respiratory equipment as required by patient acuity
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Adhere to facility badging, dress code, and compliance requirements throughout each shift
Required Qualifications
- Active North Dakota Respiratory Therapist license required
- Active AHA BLS certification required
- Active AHA ACLS certification required
- NBRC RRT or CRT credential required
- ICU experience required
- Must live more than 80 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in NICU, PICU, or additional critical care settings
- Active PALS certification (AHA preferred)
- Active NRP certification
