    Registered Respiratory Therapist – Nights (Travel)

    Contract | Travel | Nights | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Start Time: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide respiratory therapy services across all hospital areas, including ICU, ER, Nursery (Level 1), and Med/Surge floors, serving a patient population ranging from newborns to adults
    • Attend high-risk deliveries and participate as an active member of the neonatal resuscitation team
    • Manage mechanical ventilation and perform intubation support for pediatric patients in the emergency setting
    • Operate and manage respiratory equipment including Drager V500, Hamilton T-1 transport ventilator, V60 BiPAP, Airvo high-flow oxygen units, Neopuff, and RAM cannula
    • Accurately document patient care and clinical interventions using the EPIC EMR system
    • Float to all areas of the hospital as needed, demonstrating flexibility and strong clinical assessment skills
    Required Qualifications
    • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
    • BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
    • Experience working in an adult ICU and treating pediatric patients in the ER, including intubation and mechanical ventilation
    • Experience in a nursery setting, including attendance at high-risk C-sections and participation in resuscitation
    • Proficiency with respiratory equipment listed above and EPIC documentation system
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • NICU and/or PICU experience demonstrating comfort and competency with critically ill neonatal and pediatric patients
    • Adult critical care background with advanced ventilator management skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented, positive, and respectful approach to patient care and collaboration
