Contract (13 Weeks) | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Rotating Weekends | No Call Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services within a NICU setting, ensuring safe and effective patient care
- Perform nebulizer treatments, oxygen therapy, and ventilator management
- Monitor and assess neonatal and pediatric patients, adjusting respiratory interventions as clinically indicated
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient care plans
- Adhere to unit guidelines, policies, and dress code requirements (olive green tops and black bottoms)
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
- Current BLS certification
- Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- Current PALS certification
- Current ACLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in NICU, ICU, or PICU settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with neonatal and pediatric ventilator management and advanced respiratory procedures
