Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services within a NICU setting, delivering high-quality patient care across night shift hours
- Administer nebulizer treatments and oxygen therapy as ordered
- Manage and monitor ventilators for neonatal and pediatric patients
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to assess and respond to patient respiratory needs
- Adhere to unit guidelines, dress code requirements (olive green tops and black bottoms), and facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- ACLS certification required
- BLS certification required
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
- PALS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a NICU, ICU, or PICU setting strongly preferred
- Proficiency with ventilator management in neonatal and pediatric populations
- Experience with nebulizer treatments and oxygen therapy protocols
