Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to adult patient populations across hospital floors
• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions in a large acute care facility
• Administer and manage mechanical ventilation, aerosol therapy, and other respiratory interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Active Georgia Respiratory Therapy license required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• Experience in a large hospital or high-volume facility required
• Adult patient care experience required; pediatric experience not applicable to this role
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel rates

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a large academic or teaching medical center environment
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in complex adult care settings
• Familiarity with MSP/VMS staffing environments
