Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM with Every Other Weekend | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct respiratory care and diagnostic services to patients in an acute care setting
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with breathing disorders and cardiopulmonary conditions
- Administer respiratory therapies including mechanical ventilation and aerosolized medications
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately in accordance with facility protocols
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Respiratory Therapist within the specialty
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification through the NBRC
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in respiratory care and diagnostic services within a hospital environment
- Familiarity with a high-volume acute care setting
