    Job Title

    Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Night Shift

    Location

    Asheville, North Carolina

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide respiratory therapy services across adult, NICU, and pediatric service lines in a high-acuity hospital setting
    • Operate and manage ventilators and respiratory equipment including GE R860 adult vents, Draeger infant/pediatric vents, Newport HT70 transport vent, V60 non-invasive device, and high-flow oxygen devices (Vapotherm, Comfort Flow)
    • Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR
    • Float to all critical care units and general floor areas as needed
    • Maintain patient ratios of approximately 10–25 patients depending on assignment
    • Participate in rotating weekend shifts (minimum 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule)
    Required Qualifications
    • Active North Carolina Respiratory Therapy License
    • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
    • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
    • Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
    • Experience in NICU or pediatric respiratory care settings
