Description
Job Title
Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Night Shift
Provide respiratory therapy services across adult, NICU, and pediatric service lines within a large acute care hospital setting
Operate and manage a variety of respiratory equipment including adult ventilators, infant/pediatric ventilators, transport ventilators, non-invasive devices, and high-flow oxygen devices
Document patient care and clinical data accurately using an electronic medical records system (Cerner)
Float to all critical care units and general floor areas as needed based on patient census and staffing requirements
Adhere to weekend scheduling requirements, including a minimum of four weekend shifts per six-week schedule
Required Qualifications
Active North Carolina Respiratory Therapy License
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
Experience working in a high-acuity or Level II trauma center environment
Familiarity with GE R860, Draeger, Newport HT70, V60, Vapotherm, and Comfort Flow equipment
