    Job Title

    Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Night Shift

    Location

    Asheville, North Carolina

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Projected Start: July 20, 2026

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide respiratory therapy services across adult, NICU, and pediatric service lines within a large acute care hospital setting
    • Operate and manage a variety of ventilators and respiratory equipment including GE R860 adult vents, Draeger infant/pediatric vents, Newport HT70 transport vents, V60 non-invasive devices, and high-flow oxygen devices (Vapotherm, Comfort Flow)
    • Document patient care and clinical data accurately using Cerner EMR
    • Float to all critical care units and general floor areas as needed
    • Participate in rotating weekend shifts (minimum of 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule)
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential — CRTs will not be considered
    • Active North Carolina Respiratory Therapy License
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as an RRT
    • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
    • Experience in NICU or pediatric respiratory care settings
