    Job Title

    Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Night Shift

    Location

    Asheville, North Carolina

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Projected Start: July 20, 2026

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide respiratory therapy services across adult, NICU, and pediatric service lines within a high-acuity hospital setting
    • Operate and manage ventilators including GE R860 adult vents, Draeger infant/pediatric vents, Newport HT70 transport vents, and V60 non-invasive devices
    • Utilize high-flow oxygen delivery devices including Vapotherm and Comfort Flow systems
    • Document patient care and clinical data accurately using Cerner EMR
    • Float to all critical care units and floor areas as needed based on patient census and staffing requirements
    • Maintain weekend availability with a minimum of 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
    Required Qualifications
    • Active North Carolina Respiratory Therapy License
    • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
    • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
    • Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
    • Experience working in NICU or pediatric respiratory care settings
