    Travel NICU Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

    Location

    Arlington, TX | NICU (Level III)

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 36–40 Guaranteed Hours

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide respiratory therapy services within a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
    • Assess, treat, and monitor neonatal patients requiring respiratory support and intervention
    • Operate and manage respiratory equipment appropriate to the NICU setting
    • Document patient care accurately using the Meditech documentation system
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality neonatal respiratory care
    • Float to other units as needed per facility floating policy
    Required Qualifications
    • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
    • Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required; candidates without NICU experience will not be considered
    • Level III NICU experience is required
    • Proficiency with Meditech or comparable clinical documentation systems
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with advanced neonatal respiratory procedures and equipment
    • Familiarity with neonatal-specific ventilator management and monitoring
    • Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into an established NICU team
