Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct respiratory therapy services to patients during night shift hours
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with breathing disorders and cardiopulmonary conditions
- Administer respiratory treatments and therapies in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Accurately document patient care and treatment outcomes in the medical record system
- Badge in and out at the facility for all shifts as required
Required Qualifications
- Active Respiratory Therapist license or eligibility to practice in South Dakota
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential preferred; CRT considered
- Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must have an end date of at least 6 months prior to submission date
- Must comply with facility dress code: gray scrubs required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an acute care or hospital setting
- Experience with mechanical ventilation and critical care respiratory support
- Strong documentation and electronic health record skills
