Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week night shift travel assignment requiring NICU and CCU/ER experience.

Details

  • Respiratory Therapy unit setting within a hospital
  • Patient population spans neonates through adults, including Level 2 NICU care
  • Performs ventilator set-up for neonates through adults, Hi Flow in NICU, Nebulizer Treatments, Nitric Oxide, Flolan Therapy, Bipap, and Bubble CPAP
  • Performs EKGs
  • 13-week assignment on night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
  • RT covers all units within the facility (floating required)
  • Weekend and on-call work required

Requirements

  • CRT or RRT certification required (license required if applicable)
  • BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience required
  • ER/CCU and NICU Level 2 experience required
  • EKG proficiency required

Additional Information

  • Provide respiratory therapy care across multiple hospital units as part of a floating role
  • Hospital-issued scrubs required per dress code
  • Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility with no exceptions for local candidates
  • No gaps in work history totaling 90 days or more within the past 12 months
