Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a NICU night shift travel assignment requiring 2+ years of experience.

Details

• Work in the Respiratory Therapy department within a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting
• Night shift hours from 5:30 PM to 6:00 AM
• Care for neonatal patient population

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
• Active RRT license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required, Advanced 9th Edition, for staff caring for neonates
• Certifications must not expire within 30 days of assignment start
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (Canadian SSNs not accepted)
• One professional reference required (two required for Florida and Missouri)

Additional Information

• Provide respiratory therapy care to neonatal patients in the NICU
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered
